Chattanooga
Grant is in Chattanooga. Most of his client work is with businesses in Hamilton County, the Tennessee-Georgia border, and the broader southeastern Tennessee region.
The work Grant does here
A commercial construction firm in East Ridge has Grant's agent scheduling subcontractor visits, following up on change orders, and tracking lien waivers. A healthcare-adjacent services firm in Hixson has an agent doing intake paperwork, running eligibility checks, and drafting initial client summaries for review. An online retailer in Dalton has an agent handling inventory reconciliation, supplier reorder workflows, and end-of-month reporting.
The Chattanooga-area businesses Grant sees tend to be more operations-heavy than the Alpharetta side. Construction, logistics, healthcare services, light manufacturing. The agent approach fits all of them.
What Grant will and will not take
Grant does the build side of the job. He sets up the agent harness, writes the integrations, installs the MCPs (Model Context Protocol adapters, the open standard for connecting AI (artificial intelligence) agents to other apps), and trains the agent on the loop the business needs automated.
If you want the engineer who writes the agent code to be in the room, that is Grant.
The broader practice
Chattanooga is one half of the practice. The other half is Alpharetta, where I live and work. The two of us split the I-75 corridor.
