Alpharetta and north Fulton

I am based in Alpharetta. Most weeks I am driving between Alpharetta and Chatsworth, the sixty-mile stretch of highway 19 and I-575 that runs through north Fulton, Cherokee, and Pickens counties.

The work I do here

Two IT (information technology) services firms in Alpharetta and Roswell have me writing agents that do sales follow-up, lead routing, and onboarding paperwork. A retail broker in Johns Creek has an agent drafting client-facing reports so the broker can stay on the phone. A landscape company in Canton has an agent building the weekly schedule, sending confirmations, and routing weather cancellations.

The corridor has a strong IT and SaaS (software as a service) cluster, and a lot of owner-operators who are curious about AI (artificial intelligence) but skeptical of the SaaS vendors. That is who I work for.

What I will and will not take

Pick one loop that has been on your list too long. I will build the agent for it, on hardware you own, with your data staying on that hardware. Then I will train your team and leave you with the runbook.

If you need someone to take over operations and run them with AI, that is not me. There are larger firms for that.

The broader practice

Alpharetta is one half of the practice. The other half is Chattanooga, where Grant lives and works. The two of us split the I-75 corridor.
